About Us

Q-West Consultants Ltd was established and registered with the Companies Office in 1999 and works mainly in the field of health and safety.

The Directors of the Company are William J Kavanagh and Barbara Kavanagh. The Managing Director is William J ( Billy ) Kavanagh, a former Army Officer, with experience in health and safety issues for a number of years. Barbara Kavanagh is a Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) and State Certified Midwife ( SCM ).

The Company and it’s Directors are Members of the following organisations :

• National Irish Safety Organisation ( NISO ),
• The Security Institute of Ireland ( S.I.I. ),
• The Institution of Occupational Safety & Health, UK & Ireland Branch,
• The Association of Irish Risk Management ( AIRM ),
